You are free to *not* use these, but the idea is being able to read & manipulate entries universally, when using files containing data, that is relevant for other mods.
If you make any file, with data (either fixed, or dynamic), please feel free to add the format to the list.
In the end, it is up to the end-user, to position this file correctly, and write the correct pathing in the file.
You should always provide the file, in case the user is not able to follow your instructions and/or doesn't want the file connected to the other(s) like it.
