The Assault Rifle is one of the tier 1 player weapons in Empyrion. It fires Projectile Rifle Round ammunition. Every POI has a chance to contain this weapon in its Cargo Boxes and Alien Containers. The Assault Rifle, along with the Projectile Pistol and tier 1 shotgun, are the only weapons which can be crafted using a Mobile Constructor.
