This is a lightly-defended alien base present on Akua. It does not seem to have any active guardian Drones, and no Alien Troop Transport are summoned when it is attacked.

Base Design

Epsilon Power Plant is a radially symmetric base that features one alien Ion Cannon as its sole defense. Architecturally, the facility consists of 4 outlying buildings joined to a central building via elevated walkways. As there are no ground-level entrances, it seems that the facility was designed to operate unattended. The 4 outlying buildings each contain 9 Large Fuel Tank and one Alien Container with loot (there are also 8 Antenna (Deco), which are a good source of Computers if deconstructed). The central building contains 4 Large Generator, as well as the Core (Alien), just under the center floor panel. Above the main chamber of the central building, two more Large Fuel Tank can be found. In all, over 324 Electronics, 464 Metal Components, 64 Computer, 136 Cables, 16 Reactor Core, 16 Capacitor Device, 8 Advanced CPU, and 20 Flux Coil can be recovered from Epsilon Power Plant by just deconstructing the valuable structures.
