The Survival Constructor is a very small, terrain-placeable constructor given to players upon entering a game for the first time. Unlike the other constructors, the Survival Constructor has an integrated solar cell, so that it can function without being powered by an external generator. The Survival Constructor is primarily for establishing a base: the important things it can build include Small Fuel Tanks, Power Generators, and a Base Starter block. As such, the Survival Constructor cannot build the things that its bigger cousins can make. Survival Constructors are also the slowest of all the other constructors, taking about 63% longer to construct items than the Large Constructor.
